WHITE WINES
Chasselas
Mineral & Indulgent
Vinification: This wine is vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness and delicate aromas.
This dry, mineral Chasselas reveals a beautiful saline tension. Its fruity and floral notes bring richness and roundness to a balanced and precise whole.
Chasselas Reserve
Indulgent & Complex
Vinification: This wine is aged in ceramic eggs and oak barrels for several months to give it more depth and roundness.
Doral
Vinification: This wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of its aromas.
Viognier
Vinification: This wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of its aromas.
This Viognier, with notes of apricot and almond, seduces with its aromatic intensity and velvety texture, full of indulgence. The minerality and tension on the finish bring balance between richness and finesse.
RED WINES
Pinot Noir
Vinification: This wine is matured in stainless steel vats to give it lightness and freshness.
Pinot noir - Merlot
Vinification: The two grape varieties are blended and vinified together in stainless steel vats.
Merlot
Vinification: This wine is aged in oak barrels to give it a silky texture.
CIDER
Extra raw cider
The elegance of bubbles, the lightness of cider 7.5%
Fermentation : A long first fermentation (9-10 months) at a low temperature (11°C) is carried out in vats using indigenous yeasts. A second fermentation then takes place in the bottle.
