This fresh and floral Chasselas reveals a fruity roundness and a smooth, delicately sparkling texture. Deep and complex, it seduces with its deliciousness and beautiful finish.

Doral 2025

Aromatic & Fresh

Vinification: This wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of its aromas.

A cross between Chasselas and Chardonnay, this Doral is very aromatic, with citrus notes. Its lively acidity brings freshness, flavour and a lovely long finish.

Viognier 2025

Aromatic & Fresh

Vinification: This wine is matured in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness of its aromas.

This Viognier, with notes of apricot and almond, seduces with its aromatic intensity and velvety texture, full of indulgence. The minerality and tension on the finish bring balance between richness and finesse.

Pinot Noir 2025

AOC La Côte, Vinzel

Fruity & Light

Vinification: This wine is matured in stainless steel vats to give it lightness and freshness.

This Pinot Noir, with its supple and light texture, faithfully expresses its terroir. Its fruity and spicy notes give it a beautiful complexity and great richness.

Pinot noir - Merlot 2025

AOC La Côte

Round & Generous

Vinification: The two grape varieties are blended and vinified together in stainless steel vats.

This rare blend of Pinot Noir and Merlot produces an expressive, indulgent wine. The Merlot brings roundness and fullness, while the Pinot Noir reveals intense notes of red fruit and a lovely freshness.

AOC La Côte, Coinsins

Round & Generous

Vinification: This wine is aged in oak barrels to give it a silky texture.

This Merlot, with its notes of black fruit, is rich and opulent, with a beautiful velvety texture and a long finish. An original single varietal from the La Côte terroir, it has a unique personality.

Traditional method

The elegance of the bubbles, the lightness of the cider

Fermentation : A long first fermentation (9-10 months) at a low temperature (11°C) is carried out in vats using indigenous yeasts. A second fermentation then takes place in the bottle.

Apple varieties: a blend of six apple varieties, including sweet, bittersweet and tart varieties.
